one of my earliest personal projects, which sought to combine my interest in marine life with my irish heritage and the irish tradition surrounding the claddaugh ring. The tradition of this ring can be thought of as the precursor to the modern-day relationship status. One wears the ring on the right ring finger with the heart pointing outward from the palm if seeking love, inward if in a relationship. If engaged or married, the ring is worn on the left hand with the heart pointing out or in respectively. This ring features a traditional heart and crown shape with a pair of eye stalks on the crown. It is held between a pair of claws, and the band is separated into eight smaller sections reminiscent of a crab's eight legs. DEsigned in 123D Design and Rendered in Fusion360.
